Website redesign and optimization
Phase 1: Brand, UX & SEO
- Benchmarking was carried out and the strategy and brand narrative were defined in the new version of the website.
- The main pain points of users in the purchasing process were detected and a new website architecture was created.
- Existing content was reorganized and new content was written based on the brand and SEO strategy.

- In this phase, the theme was developed following the standards requested by the design team.
- The main goal was to address the platform's pain points and add some extra features to improve the Birdsong user experience.
